Refund policy

At Winston & Bella Boutique, we want you and your feline companion to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong product.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We'll assess the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used pet beds, blankets or mats.
  • Opened grooming products.
  • Opened food or treats (if sold).
  • Used feeding bowls or accessories.
  • Personalised or custom-made items, unless they are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
